A small Dubai service that took the queue out of card top-up

NolDubai Services FZ-LLC is a Dubai-based private company. We are not the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA), and we do not issue Nol cards. What we do is straightforward: we accept top-up requests for active Nol cards in writing and finalise the load through RTA's standard top-up rails.

What we do

  • Receive online top-up requests for active Nol cards (Silver, Gold and Blue families) through a short form.
  • Finalise the top-up through RTA's standard chip-card top-up rails.
  • Maintain a bilingual EN/AR help-line for Nol holders who prefer voice over forms.
  • Walk a Dubai resident or visitor through the difference between Silver, Gold and Blue when they are unsure.

What we do not do

  • We do not issue, replace or upgrade Nol cards.
  • We do not publish travel pricing or fare tables — those belong to the card issuer.
  • We do not collect PIN codes, passwords or full card credentials of any kind.
  • We do not run charges from this website. Service fees are agreed verbally and confirmed in writing before any movement of money.

Our position relative to RTA

The Nol card is issued and operated by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA). We are an independent Dubai-based business and have no affiliation, partnership or sponsorship arrangement with RTA. When in doubt about card issuance, replacement, fare zones, Gold Class entitlements or anything that is not a top-up of an already-active card, please refer to RTA's direct channels.

Why a separate service

Most Dubai residents do not live next to a metro station kiosk, and not every Nol holder wants to install yet another mobile application for a chore as small as topping up their card. Walk-up lines waste working hours, on-board top-up at certain stations runs out of cash by lunch time, and most apps ask for one more login. A short web form is a simpler shape for the same chore — that is the small problem we focused on. Nothing more, nothing less.

Team and language coverage

We are a team of seven, including two operators handling Arabic at native level, two operators on English, and two on shared coverage of Hindi and Urdu where requested in advance. The remaining role is administrative. We deliberately do not run a chat-bot in front of the queue: every conversation reaches a human within working hours, and out-of-hours requests are picked up first thing the following morning.

How to verify us

Our trade license is on file with the Dubai economic department; we publish the legal name on every page footer and on the privacy policy. If you would like a copy of the trade license number for your records, write to info@noldubai.org and we will send it back signed.
