Short answers and a quick path to a human

Finding the card serial

Flip the Nol card. Look for a 16-digit number printed in dark grey on the lower portion of the back. Ignore the small QR or barcode patterns above and below — only the long number is the serial. If the print has rubbed off, contact RTA for a replacement; we cannot recover a serial from a damaged card.

Request status

Once submitted, your request enters a queue. The bilingual operator handles requests in order during working hours. There is no separate status page; if more than a working day has passed without a confirmation, write to support@noldubai.org with the card serial you submitted.

Cancellation

You can cancel as long as the load has not yet been finalised on the card. Reply on WhatsApp or email support@noldubai.org stating the card serial you submitted. After the load lands, the refund policy applies.

Service fees

Service fees, if any, are agreed in writing before any movement. We do not run charges from this website.

Security tips

  • We never ask for a PIN, password, OTP or CVV. If anyone in our name asks for those, stop and walk away.
  • We only call from numbers under the +971 4 area code. Anything starting with another country code claiming to be us is not us.
  • We always send written confirmations from the @noldubai.org domain. Treat lookalike domains as a phishing attempt.
  • Report a suspicious approach to security@noldubai.org.

If a confirmation does not arrive

Most requests confirm within working hours the same day. If yours has not, check the email Spam folder, then write to support@noldubai.org with the card serial — we will trace and re-send the confirmation.

Disability and accessibility

The site is designed to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation. If a particular flow does not work for you, write to us in detail at support@noldubai.org — we read every accessibility report and reply within two working days.
