Where to buy, activate or pick up a Nol card
Brand new Nol cards are issued by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA) โ through metro and tram station ticket offices, customer service kiosks at major RTA bus stations, ticket vending machines on the platforms, and selected partner outlets across the city. We do not sell or issue cards. The list below is for orientation only; consult RTA for live opening hours, stock and the current activation fee.
Common Nol issuance points
- Metro and tram stations: ticket offices on the concourse sell Silver and Gold cards and load credit on the spot.
- RTA bus stations: Al Ghubaiba, Union Square and other major hubs run a dedicated Nol customer-service window with bilingual staff.
- Ticket vending machines: on most metro and tram platforms โ they accept cash and cards and dispense Silver cards instantly.
- Partner outlets: selected supermarkets and convenience stores across Dubai carry pre-issued Silver cards.
- Airport: Silver Nol cards are sold near the metro entrances at Dubai International (DXB) Terminals 1 and 3.

What to bring
- For a Blue card โ a national identity document and a passport-style photo (if the issuance point does not take the photo on site).
- For Silver and Gold โ nothing personal, the card is anonymous and is sold over the counter.
- Cash or a card for the activation fee charged by RTA at issuance.
- Patience for the queue โ busy hours at metro stations move slowly.
Our walk-in office (Dubai)
NolDubai keeps a small office in Dubai for in-person visits. We do not sell cards from there โ the office is for walk-in conversations, paperwork, complaint handling and pickup of written confirmation copies. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 โ 18:00 GST.
