Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the website at noldubai.org and the top-up request service operated by NolDubai Services FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By submitting a request through the site you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of the service

We are a private intermediary based in Dubai. We accept top-up requests for active Nol cards (Silver, Gold and Blue families) in writing through this website. We are not the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA), we do not issue Nol cards, and we have no affiliation with RTA. We do not process payments on this website.

2. Your obligations

  • You confirm that you are the lawful holder of the Nol card whose serial you submit, or that you act with the holder's permission.
  • You provide a serial, family and amount that are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You do not misuse the form (for example, by submitting requests for cards you do not control, or by using the service for fraudulent purposes).

3. Our obligations

  • We process the request on best effort during working hours and finalise the load through RTA's standard top-up rails.
  • We do not request, store or transmit a card PIN, password, OTP or CVV.
  • We follow the privacy policy in handling the data submitted through the form.

4. Service fees

Service fees, if any, are agreed in writing before any movement of money. We do not run charges on this website.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a request free of charge as long as the load has not yet been finalised on the card. Refunds after the load is finalised are governed by the refund policy.

6. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the actual loss caused by our deliberate breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for matters that are the responsibility of RTA (for example, card validity, fares, Gold Class entitlements or zone rules).

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, illustrations, code — is owned by us or used with permission. You may quote short extracts for personal or editorial use with attribution. You may not reproduce the site as a whole or use it to mislead.

8. Force majeure

We are not in breach of these terms when our performance is delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of RTA's channels, of our hosting provider or of the public network.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are notified by email to active customers and apply only to requests submitted after the change.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably; please write to support@noldubai.org first. If we cannot agree, the dispute is referred to the courts of Dubai with non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms restricts statutory consumer protection rights.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
